Blend: 100% Tempranill0

Vinification: Tempranillo grapes were fermented in small open top stainless-steel tanks incorporating 5% whole cluster and 10% whole berries. This approach enriches the aromatics but also moderates tannin extraction. After Fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it completed primary and secondary fermentation.

Winemaker Notes: The 2023 is another great vintage of Tempranillo. This wine opens with aromas of blackberry, boysenberry jam, leather, and light baking spices. The palate is medium to full bodied, structured, and balanced unfolding more dark fruit flavors, licorice, dried herbs, and a slight earthiness. The tannins are round and mouth coating with a long finish.
