Neve’s Blanc 2024

These grapes are among the original plantings at Evergreen Vineyard planted in 1998. The vineyard site’s cooler growing conditions combined with over 20-year-old vines allowed us to produce a wine that has great aromatics and flavor complexity. The wine showcases ripe Sauvignon Blanc characters of passion fruit, lemon chiffon, white flower, and delicate herbal notes. The palate is bright and textured, offering layers of tropical fruit and citrus, with underlying chalky notes all carried by a crisp, refreshing acidity. SOLD OUT
Rosé 2024

With its beautiful rose-gold hue, this rosé (85% Garnacha and 15% Monastrell) immediately captivates the eyes. The nose is aromatic, offering a bouquet of wild raspberry, watermelon and chamomile. On the palate fresh flavors of white peach, citrus and strawberry are wonderfully framed with a nice acidity. The wine is light and refreshing but has layers of complexity. Bring on the warmer weather!
Garnacha 2022

Upon opening, the wine greets you with a vivid bouquet of fresh strawberry, leather, and fig, accented by intriguing hints of cinnamon and blood orange. On the palate, it's medium-bodied and impeccably balanced, with bright red fruits interwoven with earthy notes and a touch of thyme blossom. The smooth velvety tannins provide a luxurious texture carrying through to a long, elegant finish.
Monastrell 2022

This wine strikes a fine balance between fruit-forward intensity and spicy complexity. The nose is expressive and complex, offering aromas of warm, spicy cinnamon, pomegranate and fresh blueberry. The palate is medium bodied and gives way to juicy red currant and ripe raspberry. The tannins are finely grained, adding structure and balance without overwhelming the fruit. It finishes with a nice velvety texture that coats the palate.

Tempranillo 2022

This wine opens with aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, leather, and light baking spices. On the palate it is medium to full bodied, structured, and balanced with more dark fruit flavors, licorice, dried herbs, and a slight earthiness. The tannins are round and mouth coating with a long finish.
Salto De Fe 2021

This is our 3rd bottling of this wine. A unique Spanish inspired red blend of 48% Tempranillo, 35% Graciano and 17% Petit Verdot. Crafted to be bold , complex and age worthy. On the nose, it reveals captivating aromas of leather, mulberry, dark cherry and violets. The palate unfolds with striking complexity of dark plum, boysenberry, and subtle hints of dried tea leaves. Full-bodied with well rounded tannins, the wine offers a long, satisfying finish.
Gabriel’s Horn 2023

This bottling of the Gabriel’s Horn is a blending of Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Syrah (36%) and (9%) petit Verdot. The Cabernet Sauvignon contributes structure and depth, while the Syrah lends bold fruit flavors and a smooth roundness. The addition of the Petit Verdot enhances the wine’s deep, dark color and introduces a subtle spiciness that lingers on the palate. It’s bold, rich and textured. The nose reveals enticing aromas of wild blackberry, violet, dark cherry and a touch of warming wood spices. On the palate, it’s full bodied with firm, yet well integrated tannins. A youthful wine that delivers now but will develop with bottle age.
