Neve’s Blanc 2025

These grapes are among the original plantings at Evergreen Vineyard planted in 1998. The vineyard site’s cooler growing conditions combined with over 20-year-old vines allowed us to produce a wine that has great aromatics and flavor complexity. The wine showcases ripe Sauvignon Blanc characters of lemon chiffon, white flower, and starfruit. The palate is bright and textured, offering layers of citrus and apple, with an underlying minerality all carried by a crisp, refreshing acidity.
Rosé 2025

With its beautiful light hue, this 100% Garnacha Rosé immediately captivates the eyes. The nose is aromatic, offering a bouquet of strawberries, wild rose petals, and crushed rocks. On the palate, flavors of citrus and white peach come together, supported by a lively acidity. While light and refreshing, it also reveals layers of complexity and a pleasing, textured mouthfeel.
Garnacha 2022

Monastrell 2022

This wine strikes a fine balance between fruit-forward intensity and spicy complexity. The nose is expressive and complex, offering aromas of warm, spicy cinnamon, pomegranate and fresh blueberry. The palate is medium bodied and gives way to juicy red currant and ripe raspberry. The tannins are finely grained, adding structure and balance without overwhelming the fruit. It finishes with a nice velvety texture that coats the palate.
Tempranillo 2023

A balanced, classic 2023 vintage produced a Tempranillo with excellent structure and poise. The addition of Graciano enhances aromatics and color, resulting in a dark garnet wine with aromas of black cherry, black currant, cocoa powder, and subtle saddle leather. The medium-full bodied palate is smooth and expressive, offering roasted fig, plum, and cherry framed by integrated tannins and a long, harmonious finish. One of our best to date.

Salto De Fe 2022

Dark, layered, and unapologetically bold, the 2022 Salto De Fe is our take on a “Modern Reserva” Rioja. A blend of 48% Tempranillo, 24% Graciano, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 18% Petit Verdot, it was aged in French oak and patiently matured in bottle to reveal depth and elegance. Aromas of dark cherry, mulberry, and violet intertwine with licorice, vanilla, and worn leather. The palate is lush and commanding, wrapped in velvety tannins and driven by a finish that lingers long after the last sip. A powerful yet refined wine, crafted to evolve beautifully with time.
Gabriel’s Horn 2024

This bottling of the Gabriel’s Horn is a blending of Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Syrah (36%) and (4%) Petit Verdot. On the nose, the wine reveals enticing aromas of ripe cherry, cedar box, cranberry, violet, and subtle wood spice. The palate is full-bodied, with firm yet well-integrated tannins framing a juicy core of ripe black fruit. Balanced by both power and elegance, the wine offers immediate appeal while possessing the structure and depth to evolve beautifully with time.
