Pinot Gris 2022

Rosé 2023

Light, refreshing and simply delicious! This rosé (90% Garnacha, 10% Monastrell) has the prettiest pale pink color. Aromatic nose of wild strawberry, rose petal, watermelon and a touch of pink grapefruit and wet stone. The palate has a nice textural mouthfeel with more fresh fruit flavors of strawberries, raspberries and citrus that is wonderfully framed with a nice acidity.
La Vina GSM 2021

A Blend of 31% Garnacha, 23% Syrah, and 46% Monastrell. This wine was aged in a mix of concrete and neutral French oak puncheons. The Monastrell brings structure to the wine, the Garnacha adds an element of elegance, and the Syrah gives additional backbone and texture to the blend. This wine has dynamic aromatics of blackberry and raspberry, plum, herbal notes, dark cocoa, and earth. The palate is full and gives way to flavors of black fruits, green olive, and subtle orange peel. The tannins are very smooth and polished with a nice long finish.
Monastrell 2020

This is a beautiful medium to full-bodied wine with an intense ruby color and generous tannins. Ripe blackberry and boysenberry with a touch of white pepper and violet.
Tempranillo 2021

This wine opens with aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, leather, and light baking spices. On the palate it is medium to full bodied, structured, and balanced with more dark fruit flavors, licorice, dried herbs, and a slight earthiness. The tannins are round and mouth coating with a long finish.

This is our 2nd bottling of this wine. A unique Spanish inspired red blend of 73% Tempranillo, 18% Monastrell and 6% Garnacha and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep aromas of red fruit, grilled plums, cherries, dried herbs and cocoa. Smooth mouthfeel, well integrated tannins and a long finish.
Gabriel’s Horn 2021

This bottling of the Gabriel’s Horn is an equal blending of Cabernet Sauvignon (58%) and Syrah (42%). It’s bold, rich and textured. The nose shows aromas of dark blackberries, black plum, and cherry notes. The rich palate reveals more dark fruits, tobacco and cocoa. It has a medium to full bodied mouthfeel with a nice lingering finish.
